Denis visits his parents' summer home in Tuscany, bringing his friend, the director Moris Freiburghaus. These are the last warm summer days, but, struggling with past mistakes and addictions, Denis finds it hard to enjoy them. He grapples with his demons under the watchful eye, and gentle lens, of his friend.
